Logo design for the 1190 streetware brand, it’s mother co. is Kindred Market. I spent a long time with R&D for this project, looking at all kinds of streetware brands and reading about what makes who in the biz. Trying to find that golden inspirational moment; then it just hit me like a ton of bricks – drew it, tweaked it, tightened it and it was done! Major inspiration came from brands the likes of 10deep and Crooks & Castles. And also Aesop Rock’s sounds created ambient influence.
