Adidas and Reebok (SLD) retained The Keystone Design Union to develop advanced strategies for 2010.
While the majority of the work is confidential – some of the unique visual explorations can be shared.

The KDU investigated ways of making the brands more competitive through quick strike design and visual programs.

A team of over 25 KDU members from around the world produced work pushing the visual limits of professional sports.

MKE Mag X Minga

This Minga illustration was featured in the last printed issue of MKE mag. Commissioned for their special Valentines issue, we asked to depict something relating to the essence or spirit of the holiday. Inspired by the glassy slightly creepy look i give when i’m touched by love, the piece came to life. Sitting on a thrown like tear, love is perched, center of a fantastical scene of seductive tentacles and other worldly moons. Soft feathers, fuzzy matte flower petals; Sleepless is the Watchful Eye created itself. stung.

MKE Mag X Minga

This Minga Illustration was done for MKE Mag for an article on interesting, unwell-known facts about Milwaukee and mashing them up with something new. Ended up doing a ton of reading, digging into weird little corridors of Milwaukee history to find that the city was one of first in the nation to have an accordion college. Thus the piece basically built itself, accordions meet the music of today.
