This piece was created exploring the beauty and chaos in the human female.
Original 10’x10”x1” cherry timber, hand selected from a local vendor and then machined by hand. The timber was split cut, planed to a 3/8 thickness and glued together seamlessly in a book match style, exposing the grain story of the wood. Due to the unique nature of each timber and this process, no two pieces will ever be alike.
